Trade and delivery conditions 

Welcome to Mitomito's B2B webshop.

You cannot shop in the webshop without accepting the terms and conditions below. We recommend that you read the conditions carefully before accepting them. 

The webshop handles orders and deliveries in Denmark only. 

For all other retailers there is a minimum order amount of kr 2500,-

Order and order confirmation
Once we have received the customer's order, we send an email on receipt of the order. We reserve the right to sell out and make typing errors. In these cases, alternatives are offered. If this is not accepted by the customer, the sold-out goods will be included in the order amount in relation to various amount limits (minimum amount for order and free shipping) The missing goods, if any, will appear on the subsequent invoice and the amount will be reduced accordingly.

Delivery 

For orders under DKK 5000, - the freight is paid by the dealer. For orders of DKK 5000,- or more, the freight is paid by Mitomito.

We use GLS as freight company and prices per box are as follows:

1-5 kilo kr. 42,80

5-10 kilo kr. 54,00

10-15 kilo kr. 71,00

15-20 kilos kr. 81,00

Orders are delivered to the destination in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands) specified by the customer in the order.
We normally estimate a delivery time of up to 5 business days, subject to external conditions beyond Mitomito's control. 
Orders are delivered on weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00. The customer is obliged to be able to receive the order during this time. If this is not possible, a shipping surcharge will apply.

Prices and payment 
All prices on the B2B webshop are in Danish kroner, excluding VAT. Shipping costs are added separately.
Payment is made via invoice, which is sent when the item is dispatched from Mitomito's warehouse. Payment terms are 14 days net for purchases on invoice. The invoice is sent by e-mail.

In the event of late payment, default interest shall be charged at the rate of 3.0 % per calendar month commenced, calculated from the due date until payment is made.

 

Complaints 
Upon receipt of a delivery, the customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately with regard to the quantity delivered, the condition of the goods, defects, etc. The customer must note any immediately ascertainable damage to the shipping boxes on the consignment note in connection with his receipt. Complaints must be received by Mitomito within 5 working days of delivery. 
Thereafter, the customer loses the right to make a claim. The goods to which the complaint relates must be returned to Mitomito for confirmation. In case of complaint or non-delivery please contact Mitomito by e-mail hello@mitomito.dk 

Right of withdrawal 
The customer has no right of withdrawal because the transaction is between traders. 

Processing of personal data
When you register as a customer and make a purchase through Mitomito's B2B webshop, Mitomito processes personal data about you that are necessary for the execution of the order. You can read more about Mitomito's processing of your
