Prices are subject to change without notice.
All the items you see on the webshop are physically in our warehouse.
All prices include 25% VAT and amounts are in Danish Kroner, Swedish Krona and Euro.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted items and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

PAYMENT
On Mitomito.dk you can pay with:
VisaDankort,Visa, Mastercards, Mobilepay or you can pay via Klarna.
The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are shipped from Mitomito.
You can never withdraw more than the amount you authorised at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY
All our parcels are sent with GLS or PostNord. We offer parcel shop delivery and home delivery.
There is free delivery to Denmark for purchases over DKR 500, - For purchases under DKR 500, - delivery costs DKR 39, - to parcel shops.
For home delivery, a shipping fee of 59 kr is charged for purchases under 500 kr, and 20 kr for purchases of 500 kr or more,
Mitomito delivers goods within 2-3 days.During sales and holiday periods, longer delivery times can be expected.
Free delivery to Sweden for purchases over SEK 1299,- For purchases under SEK 1299,- delivery costs SEK 90,-.
To other countries there is free delivery for purchases over EURO 130,- For purchases under EURO 130,- delivery costs EURO 10,-
Delivery abroad with GLS or PostNord
Mitomito cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS or PostNord

If you do not pick up your order at the selected parcel shop within the pick-up deadline, we will return the parcel.
Mitomito does not take responsibility for calling back unclaimed parcels.
If we receive such a parcel back, we will charge the return costs charged by the shipping company, which we will deduct from your return amount.
If you wish to purchase the item again, you must place a new order.
The same terms apply if you have entered the wrong delivery address on your order.

RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you shop at Mitomito, you have a 14-day right of cancellation.
You have 14 days to give notice of cancellation and 14 days to return the item.
The right of cancellation runs from the day you have received the goods.
You must pay for the return shipping of an order. Remember to enclose a completed return slip that you received with your order.
We can send you a return label, which you can get by emailing us at hello@mitomito.dk. Remember to add your order number in the email.
A return label with a sender from a Danish address costs 39 DKK. With a sender from a Swedish address it costs 90 SEK. From an address outside Denmark and Sweden it costs 10 Euro.
The 39 DKK/90 SEK/10 Euro will be deducted from your purchase amount when we receive your order and have processed it.
Return parcels sent with our return labels must be handed in at a GLS Parcel Shop and if sent from Sweden at a PostNord Parcel Shop.

If you choose to send your return order without our return label, the package must be sent directly to the following address:

The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. All labels must be intact.
If the returned goods have resulted in a reduction in the sales value, a correspondingly smaller amount corresponding to the reduction will be credited.
It is the buyer's responsibility and cost to return an item.
All products returned to Mitomito must be securely wrapped.
Remember to enclose a completed return slip that you received with your order.
If you choose to return your entire order, we'll refund what you paid, including shipping for delivery of the package.
Delivery costs that exceed the shipping fee for parcel shop delivery and that depend on your choice of delivery method are not refundable. If you choose to return part of your order, we will not refund any fees and shipping. This is because the fees are the same regardless of how many items you have ordered.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept your parcel.
Mitomito will be charged an additional shipping fee.
This freight charge will be deducted from the price of the returned goods.
All returned goods must be sent directly to our address otherwise a freight charge will be added to the price of the returned goods.
If you wish to exchange an item for another, you must return the item and place a new order via the webshop.
When we receive the return, the money will be transferred to your account. This ensures that the requested item is not sold out in the meantime.

COMPLAINT
When trading on www.mitomito.dk buyer has 2 years warranty. This means that the buyer can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has discovered the defect in the product. If you have a complaint, please contact us - preferably with a picture of the product in question.
